/2023.08.01/: Capital Governor and Ulaanbaatar City Governor D. Sumyabazar held a consultation meeting with city planners, engineers, architects, scientists, researchers, and university teachers.
During the meeting, the architects presented their urban planning proposals to the Mayor.

– Financial resources are definitely one of the problems facing city planning. I appreciate that the capital intends to solve this based on its own capabilities. On the other hand, there is the problem of buildings built without permission. This is the result of non-compliance with existing laws and regulations. Therefore, it is necessary to boldly come up with a solution to solve the problem of 107 constructions started without permission. Due to this, there is a problem of arbitrarily making a decision to build a high-rise building in the construction zone or to establish a factory in the residential area. This problem will never stop if we don’t solve it and take serious measures.
It was also emphasized the importance of ensuring the stability of governance, thereby creating the basis for the implementation of previous decisions.
