On the 5th of this month, there was a case of a 22-year-old man from his neighbor’s family being raped by a gay youth in the territory of Bayanzurkh district. On that day, the victim filed a complaint with the police saying, “I was assaulted by a guy from a neighboring family whom I know.”
According to the information, during the investigation, it was found that 25-year-old B, a citizen of Orkhon province, may have raped a 22-year-old man while he was drunk.
The investigation of the case is ongoing and the case is currently being investigated by the second police department of Bayanzurkh district.
