7. Stimulates blood circulation in your intestines.
Rub your hands together to create heat on the surface of your fingers and hands.
When your hands are warm enough, start rotating clockwise and counter-clockwise near the belly.
Do this massage for 2-3 minutes.
6. Find the point
Find a point 4 fingers above your navel.
Massage this point clockwise for 2-3 minutes and counterclockwise for the same minute.
5. Slimming the waist circumference.
Place both hands on either side of your stomach, parallel to your chin.
Push your hands towards each other as you squeeze them together.
Do this 3-5 times.
Then pull the stomach with both hands and shake the stomach.
Do this for 10-15 seconds
4. Squeeze the fat
Grasp your abdominal area with both hands at the same time on both sides of your stomach.
Continue making these small pinches along the stomach and lower abdomen.
Do this massage for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pull up
Place the tip of your finger on the side of your stomach and slowly massage it upwards towards your heart.
Repeat 5-10 times.
Then place your hands on your hips and stretch your fingers up the skin towards your armpits.
Do this 5-7 times on each side of your body.
2. Try Chinese massage
Place one hand on your stomach.
Press your belly button with 2 fingers and make a small circle around it. Gradually move from the navel to the side in a circle.
Massage for 2 minutes.
Use pressure points
Ren 6, Ren 4, and Ren 3 points can be found 2.5, 5, and 7.5 cm below the abdomen.
The Ki 16 points are located on either side of your navel, 1.25cm from it.
Zigong points can be found 7.5cm in both directions, 5cm on either side of your belly button.
