It is said that once upon a time, a man went through the mountains for many days in search of his horse. After traveling for many days, he found a family’s goods among the mountains on the verge of exhaustion and hunger.
“-What kind of family lives in the hot summer in these desolate mountains”
The young man was very confused, but he went to the family. When he got outside, he was attacked by a bald dog. His father’s words came to his mind.
“If a bald dog and a naked woman meet in the field, spit on them”
He spat remembering his father’s order and entered the house. When the wife of the family filled a cup of hot tea that was boiling on the stove, she sat down. The young man tried to blow gently from the hot tea he was holding, but the hot tea that was coming out of his mouth was as cold as ice without any frost on his lips.
Without tasting the tea, the young man jumped out, mounted his horse, and rode home. The young man remembered once again what the old man had told him when he tried to go home after riding for many days without rest. His grandfather told him,
“-If a man comes home from the field in a bad mood, he should knock over a cast-iron pot in front of his house and make a noise.”
remembering what he said, he turned the pot over and went home, as the old men did, when his dog barked and his horses came neighing. When the young man came out, he saw that the cast iron pot was broken.
When I heard this story from my grandfather, I asked him the reason for the cast iron pot.
“Curse has eyes but is blind. Because the world where evil exists is dark, so the thing called soul curse only comes with energy. If you come home after arguing with the wrong person and make noise on an overturned pot, bad things will happen.”
explained that. My ancestors who left such a beautiful history and culture to us are eternal.
